What you need to know
Enrolled patients
Payment is taken on the day of your appointment.
Virtual consultations
You will be emailed or texted an invoice on the day after your virtual (phone) consult. This will provide an online payment service. Pay within 7 days to avoid additional fees.
Casual patients
We take payment from casual and non-resident patients on arrival, unless it is an emergency situation.
Paying online
Payments can be made to us with online banking. Please use account number 06 0801 0690566 25 with your NHI number or Family name/Given name as the Reference.
